It is a diet focused on regulating blood sugar levels of the patient with diabetes or with carbohydrate intolerance, preventing or delaying the disease’s complications, in addition to improving the patient's nutritional status.

  • Jello and custards with sugar.
  • Sugar-sweetened desserts.
  • Syrups.
  • Dried fruit and granola.
  • Sugary cereals
  • Pastries.

Breakfast:

  • Papaya.
  • Egg whites scrambled with turkey ham.
