The ribbon-cutting ceremony was attended by Ing. Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Zubir\u00eda Maqueo, General Director of ABC Medical Center; Dr. Juvenal Franco Granillo, Medical Vice President; Dr. Patricia Concha, Director of Operations, Observatorio Campus; Dr. Enrique Vallejo Venegas, Director of the Cardiovascular Service Line; Dr. Santiago Nava Townsend, Director of Electrophysiology at ABC Medical Center; Dr. Alejandro D\u00edaz Hern\u00e1ndez, Director of Service Lines; Dr. Marco Antonio T\u00e9liz, Deputy Medical Director at Observatorio Campus; Dr. Madeleine Marcu\u00e9, Manager of the Cardiovascular Service Line; and Lic. Cecilia Ch\u00e1vez Dom\u00ednguez, Deputy Administrative Director at Observatorio Campus.<\/p>\n

Arrhythmias are abnormalities in heart rhythm that may manifest as either abnormally fast or slow heartbeats. In some cases, they can be life-threatening if not diagnosed or treated on time.<\/p>\n

For evaluation and diagnosis, the clinic offers Holter ECG monitoring and electrocardiograms. Among the featured treatments are cardioversion, which restores normal heart rhythm; catheter ablation, which removes the small areas of the heart causing the irregular rhythm; and pacemakers, which are indicated for patients with more severe arrhythmias.<\/p>\n
