Informed consent

One of the main ways that patients are involved in their care decisions is by providing informed consent of those factors related to planned care necessary to make an informed decision. It refers to the agreement or permission accompanied by complete information about the nature, risks, and alternatives of a medical procedure or treatment before the doctor or other health professional starts. So, for your Admission, we will ask you to sign a general informed consent in which it is specified that you received information regarding your hospitalization and procedure and that the risks, benefits, side effects, and alternatives derived from it were explained to you.
