Call for medical residencies
ABC Medical Center informs about the admission process to the next MEDICAL RESIDENCES cycle (admission March 1, 2024).
They must comply with the following requirements and conditions established for each of the phases:
IMPORTANT
At the moment there are no places available for foreign doctors.
PHASE 1: APPLICANTS’ REGISTRATION
Send documentation to the emai: seleccion_residentes2021@abchospital.com
Submission deadline: August 31, 2023.
Email subject: specialty requested_surname (beginning with paternal surname)_name initial(s).
Example: Internal Medicine_Torres Pérez JC.
Consider the following before sending the documentation:
- Send in a single file, in PDF format.
- Name the file as follows (omit accents and/or special characters):
specialty requested_surname (beginning with paternal surname)_name initial(s).
Example: Internal Medicine_Torres Pérez JC. - The documentation must be ordered as listed below.
- Indicate the name of the specialty as it appears in the drop-down list of the Form.

Curriculum Vitae
(Free format. Just mention courses/training you have taken, it is not necessary to attach their records).

Statement of Purpose
for wanting to enter the ABC Medical Center (addressed to: “To whom it may concern”); one-page maximum.

Proof of registration for the ENARM exam
• Direct entry: screenshot confirming that you are already registered.
• Indirect entry: copy of the selection certificate. -
Bachelor’s degree grades certificate
(8.5 minimum GPA).

Medical Degree
or Proof of Degree in process (if you do not have this, attach Proof of approved Professional Exam).

It is important to do both, send the documentation and register in the form.
After August 31, 2023, no documentation will be received under any circumstance.
PHASE 2: PSYCHOMETRIC TESTS
From September 11 to 13, 2023, you will receive via email the link to access the psychometric test (verify in Spam).
If you do not receive it on the established date, send an email to emedica@abchospital.com, no later than September 14, 2023 (only the evidence sent that day will be considered).
Upon receiving the email with the link to your psychometric test, you have 24 hours to complete it.
PHASE 3: ENARM SCORE
On September 25, 2023, the link to the form where the ENARM score must be uploaded will be sent by email.
Submission Deadline: September 29, 2023
Consider the following before sending the documentation:
- Send in PDF format.
- Name the file as follows (omit accents and/or special characters):
specialty requested_last name_name(s) initial(s)_phase of the call.
Example: Internal Medicine_Torres Perez JC_ENARM Score. - Indicate the name of the specialty as it appears in the drop-down list of the Form.

Copy of the Score Report of your ENARM Exam
that is delivered to you at the end thereof.
Only for direct entry residency, skip this step and skip to Phase 4: Pre-selection results if you are a candidate for a direct entry residency.
PHASE 4: PRE-SELECTION RESULTS
The pre-selection results (positive or negative) will be shared no later than October 4, 2023.
Shortlisted candidates will have an interview and/or theoretical exam (the latter will be specified by the Head of each Specialty), which will be performed on different dates in the following weeks. The appointment will be received by email and there are different dates for each Specialty.
PHASE 5: FINAL SELECTION
The results of the final selection will be delivered based on the progress of Phase 4.
