If you wish to give a special present to your loved one, at the gift shop managed by our Volunteers (Pink Ladies) you'll find a great variety of items which sales are re-invested in Social Impact Clinics, Capital Projects, Infirmary trainings, updates of medical equipment, etc.

Pink Kart
Our facilites have ramps, elevators, and accessible bathrooms to facilitate the movility of people with disabilities. If needed, we also have wheelchairs available for our patients at each main entrance. If you require any additional assistance, please let our Security Staff know.
At Observatorio Campus we offer our Pink Kart as internal transportation to patients from the Central Building lobby to the first floor of the "Jordan-Black" Hospitalization Building. You can request it to the Security Guard in the main entrance or at the Customer Service area from Monday to Friday 7:00 to 19:00 h.

Spiritual Support
We have a religious support service through religious ministers who come daily to visit patients and families who require it. If you wish to receive religious support during your stay, you can contact the Public Service area. In addition, we make Ecumenical Chapels and Jewish Prayer Rooms available to you on our two campuses.

Pharmacy
In order for you to be able to purchase the medications prescribed by your doctor in a timely manner, we have a branch of Fármacos Especializados, with 24-hour service.
Campus Observatorio: Located on the Ground Floor, in the corridor connecting the Central Tower to the Mackenzie Tower, Ext. 4015.
Attention to the public
It provides you with information about our services, advice on administrative procedures, medical recommendations, issuance of admission certificates, care, channel and follow-up comments, suggestions and congratulations, among other services.
