How ABC Emergency Care Works

Care begins with Triage, an internationally recognized medical system that classifies patients by severity to ensure those at greatest risk are seen first.

At the Triage area, nursing staff will assign a color/number category, so the entire medical team understands your priority level.

The classification and maximum waiting time to be served is:

Category 1 Red Emerergency Immediate
Category 2 Orange Urgency 10 minutes
Category 3 Yellow Observation 30 minutes
Category 4 Green Urgent consultation 60 minutes
Category 5 Blue Walk-in clinic / ConsultABC 120 minutes

In emergencies, everyone is important. Your respect, cooperation, and understanding help save lives. Thank you for your help.
