How ABC Emergency Care Works
Care begins with Triage, an internationally recognized medical system that classifies patients by severity to ensure those at greatest risk are seen first.
At the Triage area, nursing staff will assign a color/number category, so the entire medical team understands your priority level.
The classification and maximum waiting time to be served is:
Category 1 | Red | Emerergency | Immediate |
Category 2 | Orange | Urgency | 10 minutes |
Category 3 | Yellow | Observation | 30 minutes |
Category 4 | Green | Urgent consultation | 60 minutes |
Category 5 | Blue | Walk-in clinic / ConsultABC | 120 minutes |
In emergencies, everyone is important. Your respect, cooperation, and understanding help save lives. Thank you for your help.
